When I first started committing to a daily meditation practice I had zero ability to visualize creatively… it was a skill I built.

Meditating has ramped up my ability to listen to my intuition.. Which is where all the good insights and ideas came from.

And I’ve tried and benefited from SO MANY different kinds of meditation. I’m sharing them all here with you in today’s podcast episode.
