This week I did something scary to me…. I decided to share a very deep and personal part of my journey with you… my wonderful podcast listeners!!
I had been getting the intuitive nudge to share my experience with Ayahuasca in 2 ceremonies I participated in 2016. More and more people have been asking me about it, and talking about it in general these days, so I wanted to share my experience for those who are curious to learn more.
Looking back, it was definitely one of those major turning points for me, where I shifted A LOT and connected to myself in a deeper way, that has since evolved my life in a very new direction.
I talk about what went down, what I learnt, and how embodying these shifts has infiltrated my business, my creativity and the way I support my clients too.
