🎙New Podcast EP: How to Follow Through When You Have ADHD
Have you had certain desires on your to do list for WAY too long? Have you felt frustrated by your lack of follow through on tasks that you KNOW would create exciting changes in your life?
Do you ever get so EXHAUSTED from all of the projects and commitments you’ve made?
Do you ever wish you could be that person who just does everything she says she will… so you can experience a deep sense of fulfillment as the new normal in your day to day life?
I used to be that girl who NEVER followed through on ANYTHING… who made long LONG to do lists and then never did anything on it… who put things in her calendar only to procrastinate and completely abandon the schedule over and over again.Â
When I got a diagnosis of ADHD from the university therapist while I was falling behind in my Master’s program, it gave me the starting point to seek out specific tools that would help.Â
I decided to become the woman who gets to be able to trust her word to herself and, slowly but steadily, that’s who I became.Â
Now I complete 80% of the tasks I set out for the week, I create consistent growth in the areas I desire to and I experience deep levels of fulfillment as my new normal.Â
In this week’s episode I’ll be sharing exactly what it took to be able to start trusting myself to follow through on the creative ideas and life changes that mattered most to me.
So if you have creative-brain, shiny-object-syndrome, too-many-ideas or an ADHD diagnosis, then you’re going to want to listen to this week’s episode to find out what works for me to guarantee follow through to give you guidance to find what will work for you too!
