1) BS stories about what I am/not capable of
2) My commitment to taking different action to create different results
It’s so freaking simple… and yet requires so much focus, diligence and commitment to make new habits a way of being.
But it does get easier.
And the fun expands when you get into a place of momentum.
But the strategy… is very simple.
I’ve noticed that when I seem to be overcomplicating things, it’s simply to avoid doing the really uncomfortable but necessary work to take full ownership of the results I am/ or am not creating…!!
